  • A - Boston Common

    Boston Common is the oldest city park in the USA. It has over 50 acres and has historic monuments, a pond that is used for ice skating in the winter months, a spray pool for children and lush botanical gardens.
  • B - Boston Duck Tours

    This fun tour is an excellent light-hearted event for the whole family. You will be transported via land and water in a renovated World War II amphibious landing vehicle to visit many of Boston's famous sights, with the highlight being the splash into Charles River allowing a fabulous view of Boston. The Boston Duck Tour departs from both the Museum of Science and the Prudential Center in Boston's Back Bay.
  • C - Boston Municipal Library

    Boston's Municipal Library was founded in 1895 and is the largest municipal library in the USA. The treasures here include first editions by William Shakespeare. The library is set amongst unique architecture and attracts over two million visitors per year.
  • D - Boston Museum of Fine Arts

    Containing over 450,000 pieces of art, this museum is one of America's largest and boasts an impressive one million visitors annually. It is home to works by Manet, Cezanne, Monet and Renoir as well as 18th & 19th century American art. It also has a Japanese Garden to further the relaxing serene environment.
  • E - Copley Place Mall

    This luxurious Boston mall is connected to the stores in the Prudential Center and they feature upmarket designer stores such as Tiffany's, Ralph Lauren, Gucci and Dior.
  • F - Faneuil Hall

    One of Boston's most famous landmarks is home to one of Boston's most popular shopping malls. A favorite for Bostonians and tourists alike, you will be sure to find that elusive Boston souvenir along with vendors selling food of every variety. Stores here include some of America's best known brands including Banana Republic, Gap, Victoria's Secret and Ann Taylor along with some Bostonian stores ideal for that unique souvenir.
  • G - Franklin Park Zoo

    Founded in 1911 this 72 acre Zoo is one of the oldest in the USA. It is home to 220 species of animal and features exhibits such as Tropical Rainforest, Outback Trail, and a children's zoo. It remains a popular attraction for visitors to Boston.
  • H - Harvard Square

    If cool independent shops, book stores, record shops and hip restaurants are your thing then Harvard Square is where you can find them.
  • I - Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

    This historic Boston museum opened in 1903 and is home to paintings, sculptures, tapestries, furniture and decorative arts including some works from artists such as Michelangelo and Rembrandt. It is set in a 15th century Venetian-style palace and houses a beautiful courtyard awash with colourful flowers.
  • J - Newbury Street

    The shops on Newbury Street are set apart from many others due to their distinctive brownstone buildings. It is referred to as one of the world's most expensive streets but that has not kept locals and tourists alike from making Newbury Street one of Boston's most popular shopping areas. Stores here include Armani, Chanel, Gucci and many more.
  • K - Pudential Tower

    This massive building, Boston's second tallest, has 54 floors and an observation deck on the 50th floor called Prudential Skywalk which offers majestic views across the city of Boston. Upon its completion in 1964, this was the tallest building in the world outside of New York City; whilst that is no longer true today, it remains a popular Boston attraction.
  • L - The Cheers Bar

    Cheers, the famous USA comedy series set in Boston, used the exterior of the Bull & Finch bar in Boston as its setting. Though the interior shots were not filmed here the exterior alone makes it a Boston landmark. There is a replica of the interior setting of the show at Cheers in Faneuil Hall.
  • M - The Freedom Trail Walking Tour

    This walking tour is a "must-do", particularly for first-time visitors. Visitors will be guided to 16 historical sights in Boston along the 2.5 mile walk, allowing the opportunity to take in all of Boston's major sights in one day.
