  • A - Casa Loma (House on the Hill)

    Once the home of Henry Pellat, construction began on the site in 1911 but was not completed until 1914. At that time 98 rooms were in the building making it the largest house in North America. The house is now a major Toronto tourist attraction with many of the rooms left relatively untouched.
  • B - CN Tower

    One of the tallest freestanding structures in the world, the CN Tower in Toronto is a major tourist attraction receiving over two million visitors a year. The building is 1815 feet tall and on a clear day the observation deck offers a beautiful view over Toronto.
  • C - Eaton Centre

    This mall is Toronto's busiest shopping area. It is home to Canada's largest shop, The Bay department store. Eaton Centre boasts over 300 shops including well-known brands , Canadian local stores and many restaurants.
  • D - Fairview Mall

    This large mall is amongst Toronto's most popular malls. Stores here include many chain shops such as Footlocker, The Gap and American Eagle. There are over 200 shops at this modern shopping mall.
  • E - Old City Hall

    Old City Hall is one of Toronto's most iconic buildings. It opened in 1899 and at the time was the largest public building in North America. The clock face is 300 feet high and amongst the largest in the world to this very day.
  • F - Ontario Place

    This Toronto amusement park will keep a smile on any kid's face! Spread over three artificial islands, this theme park offers rides, water parks, restaurants and a large IMAX cinema.
  • G - PATH (Toronto)

    Toronto hosts the largest underground shopping area in the world. PATH is 16 miles of underground shopping concourses featuring over 1000 shops.
  • H - Royal Ontario Museum

    This famed Toronto museum, known locally as ROM, was established in 1912. It has undergone major expansions since. The museum houses Natural History galleries and World Cultures galleries. The Natural History galleries showcase many species of animal and mammals whilst the World Cultures galleries house artefacts collected from the world over.
  • I - Scarborough Town Centre

    This Toronto mall is home to many well-known chains including HMV, The Body Shop and Disney. Designer stores include Tommy Hilfiger. Sears features amongst the anchor stores. This 220-shop mall also includes restaurants and a cinema.
  • J - St. Lawrence Market

    Over 120 vendors await you at Toronto's most popular market. The dazzling array of food produce to tempt you here include foodstuff from bakers, farmers, fishmongers, and delicatessens.
  • K - The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO)

    This Toronto gallery is one of the largest art museums in North America. Superlative collections of Canadian and American art are housed here. The Art Gallery of Ontario also boasts an impressive European collection featuring the world's largest public collection of Henry Moore as well as pieces by Rodin and Magritte. The gallery is currently undergoing renovations and expects to reopen in fall 2008.
  • L - Toronto City Hall

    This is amongst the most iconic buildings in Toronto and is a most impressive sight, particularly at night. The building opened in 1965 and both curved towers reach over 20 storeys each. In front of the building lies Nathan Phillips Square which features statues, kiosks and a fountain.
  • M - Toronto Zoo

    Toronto lays claim to the third largest zoo in the world thanks to its 710 acre Zoo, home to over 4500 animals. The zoo offers many exhibitions and is renowned for its conservation activities. African Savannah and Great Barrier Reef are amongst the most popular attractions.
